Evaluation Kit

The Subsonus Tag evaluation kit contains everything required to start operating a Subsonus Tag system. This includes one Subsonus, one Subsonus Tag and the GNSS compass required for a moving (vessel mounted) application.

The evaluation kit system can demonstrate the full positioning capabilities of the Subsonus Tag with the output navigation data referenced to a global coordinate frame. It is designed to allow customers to quickly set up the system and achieve maximum performance.

Due to Advanced Navigation's desire for customers to experience the best results, the evaluation kit price is subsidised relative to buying the equipment pieces individually to promote purchasing the ideal equipment set.

Subsonus Tag Evaluation Kit Contents

  • 1 x Subsonus with vertical connector, pre-loaded with surface configuration

  • 1 x Subsonus Tag

  • 1 x Qi® charger with power supply and cable

  • 1 x Subsonus universal mounting bracket, see Pole Mount Bracket

  • 1 x Subsonus connector to RJ45 connector 10 metre cables

  • 2 x 24V DC PoE (Power over Ethernet) power supply injectors

  • 2 x 24V DC power supply

  • 2 x 2 metre Cat6a Ethernet cables
